Hi there.
I would strongly recommend that you have this lesion biopsied.
It is always difficult and sometimes impossible to diagnose something from a photograph/slide/ or digital. My first impression is that this may be an engorged tick.
Please seek out a local board certified dermatologist. It is difficult to tell from this photo but a closer look or biopsy under the care of a dermatologist is highly recommended.
This should be surgically removed and submitted for pathological exam. It may be a benign growth that has become irritated but to be safe get it removed and examined.
Please get this checked by a Dermatologist once the social distancing is over in your area. New or changing lesions always need to be checked!
If is only appeared for 4 days, you can watch it a few days more and then send another pix for evaluation. It may have to be removed and tested. Was anything there already that you did not notice? My office is doing some teledermatology for evaluations but a biopsy requires an in person visit.
Please coordinate a tele dermatology appointment with your dermatologist. Rapidly growing and new lesions are best evaluated in person.
