“Is there a treatment for narcissism?”
If a person has narcissism, is there a treatment for them? Or will they always have these traits?

The person needs to accept that there is something that they would want to change and then go for psychotherapy which is the only way to change traits of any personality disorder
A real shock to their system, meaning life can sometimes help them crack. Also, some forms of therapy, but he'd have to be wiling to go first.
People with narcissistic traits can respond positively to therapy with the right therapist. They can change.
