Could increased triglycerides cause a risk of heart attack for me?

I have an extremely stressful job and my recent blood reports indicated that my triglycerides are very high. Does this put me at a risk of a heart attack?

Yes, and undiagnosed diabetes as well as other issues. See your doctor about your metabolism.
Yes, high triglycerides and stress are associated with heart disease and stroke.
A high triglyceride level has been known to be a risk factor for coronary artery disease, so it is very important for you to get that under control with both diet and, if it is very high, you may need medication as well.
