It can be caused by dry skin and different medical conditions, including eczema, allergic reactions, psoriasis, diabetes, and scabies, and its alleviated applying a cold wet cloth, taking an oatmeal bath, moisturize the skin, topical anesthetics, and cooling agents such as calamine or menthol. Thank you.
It should be checked for scabbies or it can be to dryness due to washing too much
Lots of things. Usually, it is an irritant that you are exposing yourself to. Think about what you expose your hands to. May need to wear gloves for a while. If you can't think of an exposure and the rash worsens, see a dermatologist.

Itchy hands can have many causes. The most common cause of itchy hands in my clinic is eczema. Eczema is a rash that the body produces that can be itchy and scaly, or bumpy and scaly. It causes a lot of discomfort. I recommend gentle skin care, like using warm water and unscented, hypoallergenic bar soap to wash the hands. Also, hypoallergenic, scent-free hand creams. If this does not help, It is best to be evaluated by a board certified dermatologist for a diagnosis.

There are many reasons. With the increase of awareness and the need to wash our hands more frequently, many of us are suffering from drier hands. Be sure to use a gentle cleanser and minimize the use of harsh soaps, especially the antibacterial cleansers. Rashes on hands could also be due to an infection from bacterial, fungal, or parasitic agents. Seeing a medical provider can help you in finding the right treatment. Best of luck!!!
