“What causes periods to arrive early?”
My periods are usually very regular, but this month my period came a week early. What causes periods to arrive early?

Your periods happens due to interplay of multiple hormones in your body. Any physical or mental stress in your body could change the timing of your periods. Also, with age periods do change.
