Adolescent Psychiatrist Questions Self-esteem issues

What could I do for my daughter's self-esteem?

My daughter is having issues with her self-esteem and her appearance. I'm not sure where it's coming from because she's a beautiful girl... Is there anything that I can do to help her?

You can try listening to her feelings and trying to understand them even if you don’t agree. Validating someone else’s feeling can be very helpful. Then you can ask her if she would like to feel different about it, herself, so then she can go to see a therapist to talk about it.
You can try talking to her or have someone else talk to her. Read up on it and see if you can provide a source of therapy
