What do healthy gums look like?

I heard that a lot of people in the US have issues with gums. What should my gums look like if they're healthy?

Healthy gums look pink and flat and fit tightly around teeth. Inflamed or unhealthy gums look darker, swollen and bleed much more easily

Pink and firm with no redness or bleeding.
Pink & tight. Red gums that bleed easily are indication of gingivitis. Floss is the best preventive solution
Hi there,

Healthy gums is normally described as pink, scalloped borders, and stippled. When flossing and brushing, there shouldn't be any bleeding.
Thanks.
Healthy gums should have a pink appearance to them (not red), be firmly attached to the tooth and not bleed with brushing or flossing. There are variations in color depending upon ethnicity, but firm and no bleeding always hold true.
Healthy gums are pink, firm, and don’t bleed when eating or brushing. Some people have black spots on their gums. Check with a dentist for a proper evaluation of your whole mouth, not just your gums.
Light pink in color and a dry pebbled appearance
It's difficult to diagnose gum disease by just looking at the tissue. Healthy gum tissue has a pink salmon color, and is not red. It should not be puffy, but should appear tight against the teeth. Any bleeding when brushing or eating is an indicator of gum disease. Healthy tissues does not bleed.
