I am a 33 year old male. I have pain when ejaculating. What could be the cause?

The most common cause of painful ejaculation is an infection in the prostate gland, also known as prostatitis. There are also other rare disorders such as prostatic duct cysts and prostate cancer, but these are much more rare, especially in a male in his 30s. If you are experiencing these symptoms, you should visit your family physician or a urologist who can better evaluate you and place you on appropriate therapy.
