“What is causing my increased heartbeat?”
I'm 34 years old and I find that my heartbeat increases suddenly for no reason, since it's usually when I'm at rest. Why is this happening?

Consuming excessive amount of caffeine products, like regular soda, coffee, chocolates, and alcohol drinks. If you do not drink or eat the above mentioned items, you need to see a cardiologist.
