What is the best material for a tooth implant?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know what is the best material for a tooth implant?

Titanium! The new Zirconia implants don’t have much date to show if they are here to stay, while Titanium has over 50 years of data and they are the standard.
Titanium for the implant. The crown that goes over the implant can be made of various materials, but the implant that goes into the bone is always titanium.

Every patient is different and every implant location is different. It is wise to have a serum compatibility test before any dentistry so you will know what materials you may be sensitive to. In an ideal world, Zirconia is better for your body, but may not be good for every location in your mouth. Next would be titanium without lots of material combined in it that you may be sensitive to. The blood test I mentioned will rule that out.

Titanium.
The best material for an implant is currently titanium. Do not settle for less!
There are a number of implant systems available, but if they are properly placed and maintained each one can last a long time
