I am a 52 year old female and I have a mole diagnosed as skin cancer. What is the best treatment for skin cancer?

If your spot is truly a mole that has been found to have mole cancer, i.e. malignant melanoma, it should be surgically removed and sent back to the lab to ensure that it has been completely removed.
