“What to do about gum surgery complication?”

I had a repeat graft procedure for recession on Monday 1/6. All was going well, minimal pain after day 2 post op. Last night I noticed some bleeding when I brushed/flossed and also noticed that sutures had loosened and came out over the past day. This morning I woke up with exacerbation of pain and when I looked at the site (mandibular) it seemed as if there was loose gum tissue. I think I have to call the surgeon but just wanted to be sure this is NOT normal. Nothing like this happened the first time but it seemed to be a different type of approach (not as many sutures).
