Why do I have diarrhea after I eat?

Every time I eat, about half an hour to an hour, I have constant watery diarrhea.

This is usually the result of a gastro-colic reflex. When the stomach fills up then it stimulates a neurological reflex making the colon contract. This causes sudden urgency and often diarrhea occurs because the colon is emptying even if the stool has not had time to solidify.
There are different types of diarrhea. So, it could be overflow diarrhea from constipation (which you treat by treating the constipation not the diarrhea) or it could be a problem with your gallbladder, or it could be an infection or multiple other causes of diarrhea. I would see your gastroenterologist to find out the cause.
