Urologist Questions Testicles pain

Why do my son's testicles hurt?

My 10-year-old son has testicular pain and we don't really know why it's happening. He hasn't experienced any trauma toward them, and he doesn't wear any tight pants or underwear. Why could this be happening?

Many situations can cause discomfort, and it's important to see a pediatric urologist.
Is this continuous pain? Sporadic?,both testicles? How long has this been? I strongly suggest he see a pediatric urologist.
I would suggest you have him checked by a urologist. This may be as simple as “growing pains” or hormonal changes common at that age. But there are potential other concerns, such as infectious, inflammation, intermittent torsion or hormonal.
Strongly suggest to have him evaluated.

Hope this is helpful. Please do not disregard as it could be a serious condition.
May have intermittent testis torsion or experiencing spasm of cremaster muscle (Muscle which causes testis to move up with contraction & back down when muscle relaxes)
