Why is my tooth growing sideways?

I am a 22 year old female. I want to know why is my tooth growing sideways?

There could be many reasons your tooth is coming in sideways. Your jaws are too small, you may have had to have a tooth extracted etc. See your dental provider to determione the cause and possible treatments to correct your concern.
It is not growing sideways but rather shifting out of position. There are always forces on the teeth that can help maintain them in the proper position but other forces which cause problems. These include forces from the tongue, lip, pernicious habits, and eruptive forces, which influence the movement of the teeth. You may need an orthodontic consultation.
Too many possibilities to answer without diagnostics. See a dentist ASAP. The sooner you address it, the easier it is to fix.

I would have to know which tooth you are talking about to give you a better answer. Generally teeth will grow in all kinds of different directions due to crowding of the teeth or because of the size (large or small) of your mandible (jawbone). The teeth that tend to grown in sideways are your wisdom teeth. I hope this answer helps a little.
Hard to answer this question with not much information. One reason maybe that your jaw is too small for the number of teeth that you have. Please consult an orthodontist.
If you have a small mouth and not enough room for the permanent teeth to come through your teeth could grow sideways
