Some people do...but a CT scan has a shorter bore...(unlike mri...which is longer)...so..CT scan is not so bad....
CT is no a long tube unlike MRI which can be a long tunnel like tube. People don’t typically get claustrophobic in the CT machine. The exam is so fast and the machine is relative thin. If you are prone to claustrophobia, MRI is the exam that people can get claustrophobic.
