I don't have regular periods. What should I do?
Hi, Lots of women do not have regular cycles between 21 and 35 days each cycle. If you are not sexually active, it can be due to lack of ovulation to this point. Oral progesterone or a synthetic progesterone, also known as a progestin, over a few days will induce a bleed. This means "fooling your body" into thinking it has ovulated. You can then use a birth control pill to keep your cycle artificially regular and protect you from the sometimes excessive bleeds that come with irregular cycles. READ MORE

I masturbated and I am now suffering from urine incontinence. Are the two related?
Do you leak with orgasm, exercise, cough, or sneeze when you have the urge to go? Masturbation does not cause incontinence, however, inadequately cleaned toys can lead to urinary tract infections and they can cause incontinence. Please get a urine culture to make sure you don't have a bladder infection. READ MORE
What can I do to prevent my vaginal infection from recurring?
In order to answer your question concerning the prevention of infections, it is vital to know exactly which infections you are talking about. A lot of over-the-counter preparations are designed to address symptoms only such as itching, for example, with the understanding that the user will follow up with a healthcare provider for a diagnosis. The diagnosis then determines what the treatment/cure is and provides the basis for preventative care. Can you tell me what infections you seek to prevent? READ MORE
