What is the safest plastic surgery?
Your question is very general and I can only give you a general answer. 1. Make sure you are healthy to undergo surgery. You need to tell your surgeon any medical issues you may have or the medications you are taking. 2. Make sure you choose a qualified surgeon to do what you want to have done. 3. Depend on what surgery you are having done, you should have that done in a hospital. READ MORE

Which is better liposuction or CoolSculpting?
To answer this question depends on what you want to achieve. Coolsculpting can only remove very little fat. And you are more likely required to have multiple sessions. Liposuction can remove a lot more fat than Coolsculpting can ever. Of course, everyone wants to have as much fat removed without surgery! This is too good to be true. If Liposuction is what you decide to have done, you need to seek out an experienced and well-qualified plastic surgeon to do large volume Liposuction to be safe. If you are not amenable to undergoing a surgical procedure then choose Coolsculpting but don't expect too much and don't get disappointed. READ MORE

1. If you continue to have blood in the back of your throat or bleeding bright red blood from your nostril overnight. 2. If you are vomiting blood clots all night long after surgery, you could be bleeding too much. Spitting some blood is ok though. 3. Some bruising around the inner aspect of your eyes can be normal, however, if you look like a raccoon eye, you might be bleeding a little more than usual. 4. Can neck fat be removed?
Yes. It can. There are 2 locations where you fat can be. 1. Below your neck skin. This can be remove by liposuction. 2. Below the neck muscle called Platysma. Thus usually has to be removed by surgical excision. Liposuction cannot completely remove them 3. Both 1 & 2. However, the result also depends on how much skin laxity is there. Sometimes, one needs a neck lift as well if too much loose skin is present. I hope this help. Good luck. READ MORE

What is the recovery time for liposuction on thighs?
Depend on the level of recovery you are enquiring about: 1. To be able to get up and walk around 1-3 days 2. Bruising to go away 2-3 weeks 3. Swelling reduce enough to see result 3-4 weeks 4. Most of the swelling gone 3 months 5. Skin tightening/normal up to 6 months These are just general guidelines. This may change depends on: How much fat? How much liposuction needed? Skin quality and excessive skin? Where on the thighs? Is knees contouring needed? Because sometimes, if the knees are not addressed, thigh reductions can make your legs look like "bamboo legs." Thigh aesthetic is supposed to be tapering downward. A good consultation may be helpful for your concerns. READ MORE
Can I get a BBL?
Good Question!!! In fact, if you are 16, you probably are in better health and fit then some older individuals. The questions here are not about health and safety regarding age. In the USA, our society had arbitrary picked the number 18 as an age for legality. I have seen some 16 years old act more mature than some 30 years old. Your age has nothing to do with danger; it's the legal ramifications that may imposed on the surgeon to perform an elective surgery. READ MORE
