I began my career as a nurse for the Unite States Navy.� After my career with the Navy I worked as a�Labor and Delivery Nurse at Depaul Hospital in Norfolk,�Virginia. �I�obtained a�masters degree from Old Dominion University and worked as a Nurse Practitioner thereafter.� While attending medical school at Eastern Virginia Medical School I worked full time as a nurse.� After graduation I continued my training in OB/GYN in�Buffalo, New York.� Upon completion of my residency program I relocated to Chesapeake Virginia, where I have worked in a private practice for the past 16 years. I am a member of various organizations including the American Medical Association, Honor Society Theta Sigma Tau, the Virginia Medical Association, and the Chesapeake Medical Society where I served as President. I am the proud mother of three and grandmother to five.� I enjoy spending my free time with my family.
