Fibromyalgia has a lot of misconceptions attached to it. What do you wish people understood about fibromyalgia?

That I am a liar about being ill and it's all in my head.

Has any one told you that "you don't look sick?"

I have been told that if that's what ill looks like, they wish they were ill to get out off work.

Tell us, who is your biggest support system while coping with fibromyalgia?

My hubby is my rock, puts up with a lot from me and he works for himself too, but he understands and has seen me at the low point with this illness.
