Here's Why Kids Want to go to MDA Camp

MDA camp makes campers feel like they are at home.

Ella was happy to be home, but she loved camp. The counselors took care of Ella and the other children as if they were their own. She loved the camp so much, that she actually started to cry once she arrived home, but she will definitely return next year.

Those who work at MDA camp are loving, compassionate, patient, and most of all – fun. It's a great experience for everyone who is involved.

Muscular dystrophy often steals childhoods. However, MDA Summer Camps strives to give back some of those childhood experiences. If you care to donate to MDA and its summer camp program, give the gift of summer to a child and go to their website and donate what you can.
