“A headache at the back of my head?”
I am a teenager (16) And 2 days ago I all of a sudden jumped very high and the next moment I got a shock kind of thing at the back of my head and since then I am having mild headache at the back of my head and it comes and goes. It is present when I lie down or turn my head. Other than this I do not experience any symptoms. Is it serious?

It’s hard to tell if this is serious or not but you definitely should see a physician. It sounds like occipital neuralgia, but no way to know for sure unless I evaluate you.
Yes, look for vertebral artery dissection.
I would go see a neurologist to rule out anything serious. If your symptoms continue for more than a week, consult a doctor.
