Is allopurinol 300 mg a suitable substitute for Adenuric 80 mg in treating elevated levels of creatinine in the blood? Thanks.

Both of them are NOT FOR THE TREATMENT IF ELEVATED CREATININE.
Neither of them “treat” high creatinine. They both are uric acid-reducing medications. However, Adernuric is more kidney friendly if the creatinine is high.
