“Appendicitis? ”
I’m having really bad pains in my upper abdomen it started last night at my belly button then my upper abdomen then at my lower right side and now all over, I’ve had headaches, dizziness, vomiting and bloating and haven’t been able to pee.

You need to tell your parents and see a family doctor if this doesn't resolve quickly.
Are you running fever? If it is an acute abdomen, could be appendicitis, urinary infection, or kidney stone. You need to go to the ER to get urine checked, white count, and CT the abdomen.
Must be examined. Appendicitis is a possibility
It is difficult to say without examining you. I would suggest you head to an Urgent care or Emergency Room.

Appendicitis is a tricky illness. Quite often, it does not present with the textbook symptoms. It often presents with patients having atypical symptoms. Classic textbook symptoms would be pain in the abdomen, often starting at the umbilicus, and then after a variable time moving to the right lower quadrant of the abdomen. It would be a constant pain. As it progresses, other symptoms would begin, such as nausea, vomiting, fever, and possible urine problems. The urine symptoms are because sometimes an inflamed appendix will touch and push on the bladder. It is always hard to diagnose a patient without being able to examine them, but if the pain is as severe as you say, I think it warrants a trip to the emergency room for labs, an exam, and probably a CT scan. Don't put this off too long, as the appendix can rupture, which will make the hospital stay longer and cause many complications.

Your symptoms are concerning for a serious abdominal issue and you should present to you should call your regular doctor or go to the emergency room. There are many things that could possibly be causing your symptoms: from simple irritations of your intestines all the way to a ruptured appendix. Abdominal complaints that progress and get worse beyond 12-24 hours should be evaluated by a physician and are notoriously difficult to diagnose without an actual physician’s examination and possibly lab tests and medical imagine as determined by that physician.
Go to the nearest ER to get checked. It sounds like appendicitis, but there are other conditions that act like appendicitis. Don't neglect.
