Are monthly contacts bad for your eyes?

I am a 25 year old male. I want to know if monthly contacts are bad for your eyes?

The contacts can cause ischemia, redness and infection. Take them off if you don't feel comfortable.
Yes, they cause more dry eye and more likely to cause a serious eye infection.
Asking as you dont sleep in them . They are relatively safe. It is very unsafe to keep them in for a month without breaks because the cornea will not get enough oxygen and you get get bad infections.
If cleaned, used, and replaced properly, monthly contact lenses are not bad for your eyes. It is important to always follow the instructions given by your doctor.
