I am a 32 year old male and I have TMJ. Can TMJ make your ears feel clogged?

Yes, a displaced disc and condyle can put pressure on the ear canal causing a feeling of being clogged.
It’s possible. Sometimes inflammation can feel like clogged ears. Best to have an evaluation to rule it out.
Possibly. For best resolution of the problem, see either an oral surgeon or an ear, nose, and throat specialist to be safe, or a dentist who specializes in TMJ problems.
