“Can alcohol consumption cause forgetfulness?”
I am 35 years old and I drink often. I have been having forgetfulness and confusion in my mind. Could it be due to my alcohol consumption patterns?

But of course! Chronic excess alcohol consumption can cause these symptoms and lead to dementia. But other things can, as well. Need to have your internist or neurologist evaluate these symptoms! Good luck.
