Can drinking excessive coffee cause kidney damage?

I am a 19 year old male. I want to know if drinking excessive coffee causes kidney damage?

Coffee, tea, soda, and foods can also place strain on your kidneys. Caffeine is a stimulant that causes increased blood flow, blood pressure, and stress on the kidney. Everything in excess could be detrimental. Thank you.
While coffee itself is generally OK, there may be hidden toxins in coffee that may surprise you. Some of these toxins can create kidney issues so it’s important to get good quality organic coffee. This is assuming you don’t currently have kidney disease. If you do have kidney disease, then the answer gets more complicated.
