“Can neuropathy cause swelling?”
I am a 47 year old female. I want to know if neuropathy can cause swelling?

IN MEDICINE the rule of thumb is to never say "never". But, generally speaking, neuropathy by itself does NOT cause selling. But, you can have neuropathy(which means disease of the nerve) in a swollen area of the body(ie-like in a swollen extremity for example), and occasionally you can autonomic changes in an area of the body that can lead to swelling.
