Cardiologist Questions Cardiologist

Can someone explain this?

LV: Estimated LVEF is 45 - 50%. Visually measured ejection fraction. Normal cavity size, wall thickness and diastolic function. Low normal systolic function. Wall motion: normal.
· AV: Probably trileaflet aortic valve.
· MV: Mitral valve non-specific thickening.
· PA: Pulmonary arterial systolic pressure is 25 mmHg.
· IVC: Moderately elevated central venous pressure (10-15 mmHg); IVC diameter is larger than 21 mm and collapses more than 50% with respiration

For me I need more information about right ventricular function. The left ventricle seems to be functioning well, normal EF and size. I guess the right ventricle is not functioning well. The central venous pressure is elevated, PA pressure is elevated, IVC is dilated. Something is filling the right side. The information given is not sufficient. Is there a heart murmur? That might push me towards VSD. Is there an AV malformation in the abdomen or pelvis?
