Can you fix high blood pressure without medications?

I have high blood pressure. Can you fix high blood pressure without medications?

Sometimes and fix is not a good term. Better would be control because high blood pressure is a life long medical problem. Reducing salt intake is the first step. For those who are highly motivated there is a diet specifically for controlling blood pressure called the “DASH” diet and I encourage you to look it up. For more detailed instructions speak with your physician.
You could try, by losing weight, adjusting diet low fat, low salt diet, but if the BP is very high then medications are need it as well.
