“Chest pain?”
I am a 29 year old female, 230 lbs and 5'5. for the past few days I've had chest pains (right side) I also have shoulder and neck pain (right side). I feel pain in my shoulder and chest when I turn my neck left I also have shoulder pain (near blades) when I relax my arm. I currently take baclofen and Diclofenac on an as needed basis for a back injury.

First of all, you need to see your doctor. Right shoulder pain could be related to your gallbladder. You need a good physical exam.
