Which mouthwash is best and safe to use for the long term?

Not knowing your age I would not recommend any specific mouthwash. There are different ones for different reasons.
With long term use it is best to use nonalcohol mouthwash
One without alcohol in it. Composites fillings and cements are broken down faster with alcohol rinses.
Any one is okay, but it should include fluoride.
