“Feeling of crawling insects on my skin?”

I am a female, 25 years old. About a month ago I started feeling something like worms or similar moving under my skin on my arms and my face. My hair on my head soon began to almost move by itself accompanied by feeling crawling/movement on my scalp. My hair has pieces that grow longer as you pull on them and are split at the ends, like a curve to the left and right. My pubic hair area has black hairs that come to surface on labia and out of almost every other spot down there that look as if a hair creature, with a head like a water droplet, is trying to come out of me. The rest of my body now also feels like movement is happening under the skin. They are accompanied by small and very large yellow/purple bruises and come out of the skin a little with as a hair that has the split at the end, just like the ones on my head. I also see movement now aside from those spots, that almost look like veins. I have random specs that come out of my skin all over my body, usually black spots or white flakes, including the bottom of my feet. I have gone to the emergency room 3 times to have them tell me I am hallucinating. I just want some relief. Please help me get rid of this.
