I suggest you read this article https://www.forbes.com/health/body/golo-diet-review/

My opinion is that the GOLO plan is another gimmick designed to extract money from people. There are more diet plans than you can count. There are some healthy diets out there such as the Mediterranean Diet and the DASH diet. Take a look at them online and don’t forget that the only diet that works is one that reduces your caloric intake and is sustainable. Any diet will result in weight loss short term but in the long run the weight will come back. There are a couple of medications that are FDA approved for weight loss and actually work. They have to be prescribed by a physician. Liraglutide (Saxenda) and Semaglutide (Wegovy are proven. There are others as well FDA approved but these are the only two I would recommend and only if you meet the criteria for their use which your doctor should decide.
I am sure what GOLO's supplement is. Flecainide is metabolized by the liver's CYP system, and if this is perturbed, the effectiveness and safety of the flecainide could be altered.
