Use dental floss bush well.
Unfortunately, receding gums are another factor of dreaded age. There are ways to delay recession but some in inevitable. Make sure that you are using the proper brushing technique to ensure that no unnecessary abrasion is occurring. Please see your dental professional for proper brushing instructions.
Unfortunately, gum recession is a fact of life for everyone, but it’s more apparent when a crown is present because it’s more obvious when you have 1 mm of recession occur - on your other teeth you wouldn’t notice it. Your best bet is to keep up your regular visits to the dentist and hygienist as well as doing impeccable brushing and flossing to prevent inflammation (that accelerates recession).
If you are brushing and flossing regularly and do 6 month check-ups regularly, then nothing much. But still would recommend to get it evaluated.
