There are many different bunion procedures because “one size does not fit all”. Your surgeon has to evaluate your foot structure and level of deformity to determine which procedure is best for you
Bunions and flat feet, though related, are generally separate conditions, and are not always corrected 'together.' But fixing a bunion with or without flat feet is similar. If the flat foot is to be fixed at the same time, there are many considerations your surgeon will evaluate and that will determine the types of necessary procedures to correct the deformity.
Usually surgery but you can get shoe orthotics to support your arches.
More than likely you have a hypermobile first ray and will need to stabilize the medial column with an osteotomy at the base of the first metatarsal and follow through with custom orthotics.
