How do they remove wisdom teeth under the gum?

My wisdom teeth are under the gum. I want to know how do they remove wisdom teeth under the gum?

The straightforward answer is surgery. Impacted 3rd molars (wisdom teeth) often require sedation and surgical intervention to safely remove them — easy removal = faster and less challenging recovery.
Surgical extraction is done under local or general anesthesia. Gum covering the tooth is opened and tooth underneath removed using elevators and forceps or cut in smaller pieces and then removed. The gum is sutured and left for healing.

The oral surgeon will cut the gum tissue above where the tooth is and then elevate the tooth out of the socket.
