Naturally
The same way you would brush prior to crowns
It's very important to clean your crowns as you would your other teeth. Brush and floss them twice a day, making sure to clean well around the gumline. Don't scrub, but angle your toothbrush and clean with circular massaging motions.
USE A SOFT TOOTBRUSH. BRUSH AS USUSAL
After getting crowns placed, you want to brush 2 times a day for 2 minutes in circular motions. It's always recommended to use an electric brush, too, it will help with oral hygiene immensely.
Crowns are a layer of either porcelain, metal or a combination that protect the underlying tooth. Like a glove over your hand. Brushing a regular tooth or a tooth covered with a crown should involve the same motion and direction. Place the bristles at a 45 degree angle into the gums. An electric tooth brush will assist the motion.
You brush them the same way as natural teeth; clean 360° around each tooth using a combination of tooth brush, toothpaste, and dental floss.
If you got new set of dental crowns, you brush them the same way you brush the natural teeth, and do not forget flossing, to avoid gum disease and cavities on the root of your porcelain crowns. For more information on dental crowns, click here:
