How do you get a flat stomach after liposuction?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know how do you get a flat stomach after liposuction?

Yes, you can, BUT that depends if you have visceral fat and/or abdominal muscle laxity. If subcutaneous fat only, you can have a flat stomach. If you have visceral flat or stretched abdominal wall, then you might need a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty).
There are so many variables to the answer to your question that make it a whole subject on its own. I can’t give you a useful answer myself without a lot more information. You really have to have a live, hands-on consultation with a plastic surgeon who performs these procedures and then, based on what the findings are and what you might reasonably expect, ask him/her the same question.

Thank you very much for your question. The limit to how flat I can make the tummy is influenced by how much weight you are carrying inside your belly, which cannot be addressed by liposuction (nor a tummy tuck).
Liposuction, then working out
Liposuction removes subcutaneous fat and May be able to create the look you desire. However, sometimes the problem is loose skin or a separation of your abdominal muscles, which liposuction alone can not address. If that is the case an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) might be required along with liposuction.
