yes
Acupuncture point can help open the nose. There are many points which can release blockage from
Phlegm or damp.
Massage with warm hand and a drop of mint oil
Acupressure can unblock a nose. You open a blocked nose with acupressure on the sides of the highest point of the nasolabria. (The part of the nose thar sticks out on the bottom of the nose.) Take your finger and rub lightly on that spot. Then slowly gently press on the spot in a small circular motion. Each time putting a little more pressure, until the nasal passage opens. Happy health! Blocked nose can have many different reasons. It may require surgery or it may be just bringing down inflammation. Acupuncture can make stagnated energy to move and calm inflammation.
Best way to open a blocked nose is with acupuncture and sometimes even Moxa too. Acupressure points are found on the lowest point of the nasiolabal fold, closest to nostril. Pressure for 30 seconds, from opposite finger, and pull same sided ear lobe away from affected nostril.
Acupuncture not acupressure

I don't. I refer them to a doctor for scans/testing to figure out what is blocking the nose.

There is no one point to open a blocked nose.
Scalp acupressure can be quite effective for relieving nasal congestion. Press very deeply on your scalp about 2-3 inches above the hairline, in line with your pupils (center of eyes). Look in the mirror if you need to. Massage any points along this line across your scalp that feel sensitive to pressure. Breathe deeply through your nose.
You can pressure some points around nose, it is hard to tell you, where are these points located on, you can check them with an acupuncture text book.
I don't know, I rarely use acupressure. Compared to acupuncture, acupressure is a distant second in terms of time to relief and duration of relief. On top of that, acupuncture is a lot more comfortable relative to pressure techniques.
