How do you sleep comfortably with a frozen shoulder?

I am a 28 year old female. I want to know how do you sleep comfortably with a frozen shoulder?

This is tricky since frozen shoulder pain usually is worse at night and makes it very uncomfortable to sleep. Try as many positions as you can and with pillows propping the shoulder up.
Difficult to do.
Sleep in a recliner with the affected arm resting on 3 pillows.
Hopefully, you are getting proper treatment for your frozen shoulder. As far as sleep goes, sleeping on your back is your best bet.
It’s not easy to sleep comfortably with a frozen shoulder. You need to be creative with pillows to put yourself in a position that doesn’t pressure your shoulder. Try sleeping on your back or on the opposite side. If you do turn onto the frozen shoulder side make sure to have your weight on the back of your shoulder, more on the upper back and use pillows for support.
