Depends on what is causing the pain. Try ice and voltaren cream daily with compression using an ace wrap
It depends on what the underlying cause of your ankle pain
The answer is depends, depends on the root cause of the pain. There are three bones, at least 6 tendons, and almost 10 ligaments around the ankle. So the pain will go away once the root cause is treated. So I recommend that you seek the consultation of a podiatrist or orthopedic doctor for care.
You need an accurate diagnosis.
Consult podiatrist you might need an XRay.
Treatment will depend on the cause of the pain. I recommend you make an appointment with a foot and ankle surgeon (podiatrist) for your particular case
I would need a better explanation of what you mean by 'Ankle Bone' pain. It is usually not the bone that is painful unless there was a trauma/contusion, or some fracture. Soft Tissue injuries are usually the culprit for pain in the foot and ankle, and that is not 'Bone' pain.
It really depends on the nature of the pain. It could be arthritis, inflammation, or tendinitis, and all of these have different treatment options
