How do your thoughts get outside your body?

How can your thinking get outside of your body? It seems when I move my body talks. Is it possible to be imaged on a TV or someone else's eye?

Hello Sir,

I understand that you are on Tramadol. I do not know how long you have been on it. Your symptoms per you have been there for two years. Have you talked to your prescribing doctor about these symptoms? Could they be a side effect of Tramadol? Did you google Tramadol, which will inform you that it is an opioid which can cause hallucinations? As I am a licensed psychologist and not a prescribing doctor, I am unable to give you any advice. My suggestion is that you talk about your symptom to the prescribing doctor and explore the possibility of it being a hallucination and find alternate medicines that will help you with your symptoms of pain (in case that is what it has been prescribed for). Hypnotherapy is a safe alternative for pain management.
Take care and remain safe.
