How long does it take for dental bridge to settle?

I got a dental bridge 3 days ago. I want to know how long does it take for the dental bridge to settle?

If your bite is right it should feel normal pretty much immediately. If the tooth there was missing for a long time it may just feel odd to your tongue or cheek till you get used to it.
I don't think there is any settle time for the bridge. It is very hard to tell without a x-ray but 2 weeks of trial is usually recommended if you missed the teeth on that side for a while.
For a well-made, well-fitting dental bridge, it is normal to have some post-operative sensitivity (when you eat or drink hot or cold). However, your bite should feel comfortable. If the hypersensitivity you're experiencing is more than that, or if your bite feels off, you should contact your dentist immediately and assure that no adjustments are needed, before it becomes more problematic.
The dentist typically gives post insertion instructions for the bridge. These instructions include home care and what to do for pain relief. If the bridge feels like it hasn't settled after a couple of weeks, contact your dentist office.

If you mean "to settle" that the bridge will fill more comfortable, then you need to see your dentist and have them adjust the bridge as soon as possible. Once a bridge or crown is inserted, it should feel comfortable almost immediately.
Dental work does not usually "settle." If you are feeling like your bite is off, or something is not right, I would follow up with your dentist. At this point, the cement is fully hardened and the bridge will not move.
