A single adjustment takes only moments. I see full spine adjustment take between 30 seconds to 45 minutes. Typically 5 minutes if they already know what is wrong and on is in the middle of a treatment plan.
How long it takes to adjust your spine is impossible to answer. A chiropractor needs to examine the spine and determine which vertebrae or other parts are in need of correction. That could take a minute or twenty depending on many factors. To perform the manipulation should take about a tenth of a second if performed correctly. But there are certain techniques that take much longer.
There’s no definite time that it takes to adjust the spine.
Once you’ve done a proper examination and x-rays to make sure there’s no underlying conditions that would prevent you from having a chiropractic adjustment, it usually only takes a few minutes.
My treatments take 30 minutes for whole body adjustments. It can take less than 5 minutes at the fastest.
