After normal implant surgery takes 2 months for initial healing and bone integration, then about 5-6 months for full healing until a new crown can be placed onto the implant. The pain of the implant surgery should be only a few days at the most but if there is constant pain after 3 days, call your dentist or surgeon who placed the implant immediately just to follow up.
Front tooth implants take approximately 6 months to heal and integrate with the bone around it.
