How often should I clean my teeth with braces?

I am a 26 year old male. I want to know how often should I clean my teeth with braces?

After every meal
A real important thing to do at least after every meal before bed and in am after waking
When you have braces on your teeth, you will have 40% more bacteria lurking in your mouth than without braces, even brushing 4x per day. Your enemy is the bacteria, and they can do great damage, especially if you drink sodas, (even diet ones), or energy drinks, or anything with high acid content (even flavored water, and milk). So, brush 2/3 times daily, following your orthodontist's directions, and AVOID the acid containing beverages and things with sugar, like breath mints, etc. If you do those things, you should be ok.
At least twice daily. Recommend after every meal. Also flossing.
It is recommended to brush every time after a meal when wearing braces. The key is to minimize the time that food stays on your teeth.
If you are referring to a professional cleaning, adults with braces should be seen for a professional cleaning at least three times each year. Your orthodontist may suggest that you have a cleaning more frequently. This depends upon your own home care.

Recommend to brush after each meal. If you carry a tooth brush and tooth paste, it is not difficult.
At least every 4 months is my recommendation but some dentist advice twice per year.
