What does this mean? Nonspecific chronic inflammation of mucous membranes, dysplasia of tubular adenomas.

There is difference between hyperplasia and dysplasia! Dysplasia is pre cancerous. Discuss with your gi regarding pathology report.
These are all benign findings. It is important to continue with colonoscopy surveillance

Not specific to any known disease process. Tubular adenomas can be precursors to colon cancer, they are more benign than villous adenomas.
