OB-GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) Questions OB-GYN

I think I might be pregnant?

I'm a little over four months late and I've been having nausea sometimes in the morning and sometimes it's different times I'm having other symptoms. Also if I was to take an at-home pregnancy test will I get an accurate reading that far along?

Yes, do a test!
It's very possible to be pregnant. A home pregnancy test at this point would be very reliable.

Yes, you should get a test immediately because you may be engaging in things unsafe for a baby if you aren’t thinking you are pregnant, such as certain medications and cosmetics. Please take a test asap. It will be accurate.
Yes, I recommend you go ahead and do one. Nausea typically happens in the first 3 months of pregnancy and then will improve.
